This satin is stretch satin, a lighter-weight version of dull satin/ lamour/duchess satin. It can also be considered a heavier version of charmeuse satin, but with less shine.

This satin stretches only on the width side of the fabric. However, the stretch is considered minimal. If you are looking for super stretchy fabric, this is not.

It has less shine than regular satin. Fabric is light to medium weight and has a soft feel.
