How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly on our website, by phone, or email.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, call us at (213) 489-1708, Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 3:00pm.

How can I track my package?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If it has been over 3 business days since you placed your order and you have not received you're tracking number via email, please contact us.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times are 1-9 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
What payment methods can I use?
Transactions are completed securely through PayPal.
Credit cards are accepted, use PayPal to complete checkout, no need to have a PayPal account.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Once an order has been submitted you have minutes to change or cancel it. We try our best to ship out / prepare orders asap, once you receive your shipping / pickup confirmation email we will not cancel or change the order.
Do you charge sales tax?
At the moment, we charge sales tax only to California orders (9.5%).
All other states - Buyers are responsible for paying any use tax to their state.
Villa Textiles has an established nexus in California only.
How can I be tax exempt?
Please email us your resale certificate.
We must have your resale certificate on file prior to removing taxes from your order.
All tax exempt orders must be placed via email or phone.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
If the order is lost by the USPS or UPS, the order will be refunded or replaced after the shipping company has been contacted.
If the order is marked as delivered by the USPS or UPS you will NOT be refunded and the order will not be replaced.
Villa Textiles is NOT responsible for any delays the shipping carrier(s) may have or for incorrectly delivered packages.
I received my order, but it is not correct?
If you received the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

When will my order ship?
After the order has been placed and you have received your confirmation number please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed.
How are shipping prices determined?
Shipping prices are determined by location and weight.
Does fabric come in one continuous piece?
Yes, fabric comes in one continuous piece.
If fabric comes in multiple cuts it will be informed in the description.
If special cuts are needed please contact us.
The minimum cut length is 1 yard. However, we can cut in 1/4 yard increments starting at 1.25 yards.
I need more quantity than your website has in stock, what do I do ?
If you need more yards or quantity from what we have available online please contact us and we will check our inventory.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we do. However at the moment our physical store is closed to the public. Meaning that we do not allow any customers inside the store.
Once we open back up to the public we will post it on our social media.
Do you sell your products using other platforms?
Yes, we also have an Etsy shop with many of our products. Our Etsy prices are higher from our website and physical store due to the high seller fees charged.
