When will my order ship?


After the order has been placed and you have recived your confirmation number please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed.




When will I recive my order?


Orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery times are 1-9 buisness days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Note: ***Wholesale orders ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or other carriers***




How are shipping prices determined?


Shipping prices are determined by location and weight.




What are the payment methods?


Transactions are completed securley through Paypal. Credit cards are accepted, use Paypal to complete checkout, no need to have a Paypal account.




Can I cancel or change a order?


Once a order has been submitted you have minutes to change or cancel it. We try our best to ship out / prepare orders asap, once you recive your shipping / pickup confirmation email we will not cancel or change the order.




What happens if I do not recive my order?


If the order is lost by the USPS or other shipping company used, you will be refunded. If the order is marked as delivered by the USPS or other shipping company used you will NOT be refunded and the order will not be replaced.




I recived my order, but it is not correct?


If you recived the wrong items, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.




Can I place an order over the phone?

How can I be tax exempt?


Please email us your resale certificate. We must have your resale certificate on file prior to removing taxes from your order. All tax exempt orders must be placed via email or phone.




Do you charge sales tax?


At the moment, we charge sales tax only to California orders. (9.5%) All other states - Buyers are responsible for paying any use tax to their state. Villa Textiles has an established nexus in California only.




Where do you ship from?


We ship from Los Angeles, California. We ship to all 50 states. At the moment we only ship internationally to Canada, customers can contact us for more information. ****International order must be placed via email or phone. *****




Do you ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses?


Yes, customers must call or email us their order.




How can I track my package?


Once a order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If it has been over 3 buisness days since you placed your order and you have not recived your tracking number please contact us.




Do you offer fabric samples?


We offer samples in select fabrics, such as: - Solid poly cotton - Solid poly poplin - Dull Satin - Charemuse We do not offer samples in the following: - Mexican fabric - Sarapes - Falsa blankets - 100% cotton - Other fabrics. Contact us for more information regarding samples.




Does fabric come in one continuous piece?


Yes, fabric comes in one continuous piece. If fabric comes in multiple cuts it will be informed in the description. If special cuts are needed please contact us. Special cuts can be done in whole yard(s) 1/4, 1/2, or 3/4. The minimum cut length is 1 yard. We can, however, cut in 1/4 yard increments starting at 1.25 yards.




Do you have a physical store?


Yes, we do. However at the moment our physical store is closed to the public. Meaning that we do not allow any customers inside the store. Once we open back up to the public we will post it on our social media.
